Good Fun and Old Friends at Lex Lanes

Lex Lanes had a system where the speed of your ball was measured and the speed was reported back to you after each throw.  We had never seen a 10-pin bowling alley like that before.  We started paying attention to the speed of the balls more than the results!  This was the first time I bowled in a long time.  I ended up with scores of 106 and 133, which was the lowest total of the 4 of us.  (And my fastest ball was 17.17 mph with a 16 lb. ball, but I usually didn't go for speed.)  By about the end of the second game, I started getting my stroke, which looks and feels awkward, but results in my best bowling.  In theory, the four of us could form a bowling team and bowl weekly at Lexingtion.  It won't happen, but it's fun to think about.
